Both bumpers are constructed from heavy-duty carbon steel and finished with a textured black powder coating that helps resist rust, corrosion, scratches, and weather exposure. Their full-width, body-aligned profiles provide broad coverage while maintaining a balanced appearance that complements the Bronco’s original body lines. The front bumper features an integrated ACC mounting location, four parking sensor holes, a winch plate, an adjustable license plate bracket, a 100W LED light bar, four 20W work lights, and two red D-ring shackles. The rear bumper includes four parking sensor holes, two 20W LED lights, a side-mounted license plate bracket, and a license plate light. All required auxiliary-light wiring harnesses are included, so there is no need to purchase separate light wiring harnesses. Integrated Front ACC Mount: Vehicles equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control can transfer the factory ACC module to the concealed mounting location inside the front bumper. No separate grille-mounted relocation bracket is required. Winch-Ready Front Bumper: The integrated winch plate supports winches rated up to 12,000 lb, with a 10,000 lb winch recommended for the best overall setup. Adjustable Front License Plate Bracket: The front plate bracket can be used in its standard position when no winch is installed or moved upward to keep the plate visible when using a winch. 180W Front Auxiliary Lighting: The front bumper combines one 100W LED light bar with four 20W work lights, providing 180W of total rated auxiliary lighting. Front Recovery Points and D-Rings: Reinforced recovery mounting points and two red D-ring shackles are included with the front bumper. Rear Parking Sensor Compatibility: Four integrated rear sensor holes accommodate the factory rear parking sensors. Rubber plugs provide a clean appearance on vehicles without sensors. Two Configurable Rear LED Lights: The rear bumper includes two 20W LED lights with 40W of total rated power. They can be hardwired to the corresponding factory circuit to function as brake lights or reverse lights. Protected Rear Light Placement: The rear lights are recessed behind steel mesh panels to help protect them from rocks, branches, and trail debris. Rear License Plate Bracket and Light: The side-mounted bracket relocates the rear license plate to the bumper and includes a dedicated license plate light. IMPORTANT D-RING NOTE Two red D-ring shackles are included for the front bumper only. The rear bumper does not include D-ring shackles. INSTALLATION NOTES If your Bronco is equipped with factory parking sensors, transfer them from the original bumpers to the corresponding front and rear sensor locations. Vehicles without parking sensors should leave the supplied rubber plugs installed. Sensor calibration may be required after installation. Vehicles equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control can transfer the factory ACC module to the integrated front bumper mounting location. Vehicles without ACC should leave the corresponding cover secured in place. The included rear LED lights can be hardwired to the appropriate factory brake-light or reverse-light circuit, depending on the desired function. A vehicle-specific plug-and-play taillight adapter is not included. Connect the rear license plate light to the vehicle’s running-light circuit. Professional installation is recommended. All electrical connections should use properly rated wiring, relays, fuses, and weather-resistant connectors. Auxiliary lights should be operated in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
