How To Use PRN DE3 Dry Eye Omega Benefits Take 3 softgels per day, or as recommended by your health care professional. Take with food for best tolerance. Consult your physician before taking any oral supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking blood thinners or other medications. LabHeat Heat Mask Heat the LabHeat mask in the microwave for 20 seconds. Always test the temperature before applying to the eyes. Place over closed eyes and relax for 5–10 minutes. For best results, follow with gentle lid massage or lid hygiene as recommended by your eye care professional. Do not overheat. Do not use if the mask is damaged. Allow the mask to cool before reheating. LAB™TRIACTIV Uni-Dose Eye Drops Instill 1 drop in each eye 2–3 times daily, or as recommended by your eye care professional. Wash hands before use.
