This product is a wine made from Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grapes, organically cultivated in Penedes. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation in tanks before secondary fermentation in bottles. It is aged for 9 months on lees and has 30 ppm of added sugar.
