Olio extravergine di Oliva - Marco Mosconi
This organic olive oil is made from olives of Grignano and Leccino varieties, some over 100 years old, from a small grove on calcareous soil. It is cold-pressed and aged for at least 18 months before bottling.
- The oil is from organically farmed olives (IT BIO 016).
- It contains high levels of saturated fats (68.0 g per 100 ml).
