Grown under a native forest canopy using natural, chemical-free farming methods, this coffee reflects both outstanding craftsmanship and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship. Widely recognized as one of Hawaii’s finest coffees, this lot earned the highest cupping score ever awarded in the Kona Coffee Heritage Award, delivering a remarkably clean, balanced cup with exceptional sweetness and complexity. Each cherry is hand-picked, carefully pulped, naturally fermented for 24 hours, then washed and dried on traditional parchment beds to preserve its distinctive character. Very limited supply.
