5/3/1 Athlete Knee Sleeves - Black/Grey

The 5/3/1 Athlete Knee Sleeves offer tremendous support and comfort during training. These sleeves are great for any lower body movement. I personally use them for all my weight vest training; perfect for high rep weight vest squats and lunges. These offer much more support than a typical "regular" knee sleeve. However, they are comfortable enough to leave on during long workouts and easy enough to pull on and off without a gear crew. The best thing about these sleeves is the inside; they are ribbed to keep the sleeves from falling or rolling down or bunching up during the workout. If you are in between sizes/measurements, size down but please do not size down more than a half size to get more 'bounce' or poundage out of a lift. We have another heavier sleeve in trials for that purpose and sizing down multiple sizes will reduce comfort and accelerate wear on the sleeve.
