Hot and sweet peppers are gently smoked, then slowly fermented with plenty of garlic to create a sauce that’s deep, tangy, and incredibly moreish. The smoke adds a deep richness to the sauce whilst the chilli pepper & veg mix keeps things fresh & vibrant.
