FW-1000 High Speed Filter Wheel

The FW-1000 is a high-speed filter wheel featuring extremely low vibration and ultra fast switching speed. Designed for research-grade microscopes but suitable for many more purposes, it is used to automatically swap optical filters (or any similar sized optics) during imaging. The FW-1000 can be mounted on just about any microscope. For fluorescence emission control it can be configured with C-mount, F-mount, camera port, or custom connectors as needed. For illumination control it can be outfitted with epi-illumination port adapters for Evident/Olympus, Leica, Nikon, Zeiss, or many other microscopes. A single FW controller can govern up to two filter wheels, and communicates via USB, RS-232 serial, or TTL triggers and preprogrammed sequences. ASI products are supported by software from most microscope manufacturers, as well as Micro-Manager, Nebula, VisiView, Inscoper, Slidebook, MetaMorph, and more (SDK available).
