This farm is located in one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee growing regions. Known for high elevations between 1,500 and 1,00 metres above sea level, and rich volcanic soils, the area benefits from a climate well-suited to producing coffees with clarity and complexity. In the cup this coffee opens with soft, floral aromatics, followed by notes of rose, apricot, and tangerine. It is bright yet balanced, with a silky body and a clean, lingering sweetness.
