Mid-century coffee cups by R.Capodimonte

A rare mid-century Italian coffee cup set by R. Capodimonte. These four cups and matching saucers are for espresso coffee and have a neo-classical style with putti relief decorations and dragon-esque handles. Charming and eccentric, each piece is hand-painted with pink and green as the main colors on a cream background. The inside and trims are gold-painted. Perfect as a unique gift for a coffee lover or collector! Found in Bologna. Condition: Very good. These cups and saucers are in very good vintage condition with no cracks or chips. Some very minor wear to the gold trimming. Variations in color and texture is a testament to the hand-made nature of the products. Not dishwasher safe!
