Since 2014, we've archived a case or two of every Australian spirit we've produced at both our Rosebery and Botany Distilleries. We're now dropping a limited selection of this archive stock online, giving you the opportunity to grab a final bottle of your favourite Archie Rose spirit. A collaboration with Melbourne's ST. ALi coffee roasters Blasphemy is a Coffee Whisky that unites our Single Malt Whisky with ST. ALi Orthodox & Wide Awake Coffee. A double coffee mashup it features two coffees macerated to convert cask strength whisky to bottlling strength to create chocolate and roasted malt notes, yielding a richer flavor profile. It delights with notes of stewed apples, plum jam, hazelnuts, amaretto, and dark chocolate. Enjoy it neat or in a Boulevardier cocktail.
