Belle Glos Pinot Noir

Crafted in California, Belle Glos Pinot Noir delivers a rich, fruit-driven profile shaped by a cool growing season and careful French oak aging. Deep plum in color, it opens with aromas of dark chocolate, black cherry, blackberry, black currant, and cedar. Layers of raspberry pie, cinnamon, and nutmeg unfold across a silky palate with refined tannins and balanced acidity. Bottled at 12.1% ABV. Made from carefully harvested Pinot Noir grapes, the wine was cold-soaked for enhanced extraction and aged nine months in 100% French oak barrels, 60% of them new. Smooth yet vibrant, this red pairs beautifully with roasted duck, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, or a relaxed evening pour slightly below room temperature.
