This is a supple, silky, classic Bourgogne Pinot Noir. Raspberries, strawberries and red cherries run beside a subtle but grounding note of wet earth and stones. Light, silky tannin structure with the generous red fruit makes this wine inviting and easy, without slipping into boring. When it comes to food pairing, this wine was made to be on the table with a roast chicken.
