Rasor DS503MT 2 Electric Hand Shears

The Rasor DS503MT is the latest electrical hand-held cutting machine designed for material edge trimming. The new slim foot is welded with a widia (carbide) counterblade to reduce the overall dimension of the shear. With the DS503MT is therefore possible to trim straight or curved sections of material with high precision. The Rasor DS503MT is widely used for trimming textiles and leather for upholstery applications (chairs, sofas and armchairs) and is ideal for cutting away extra waste material on moulds for plastic and glass fibre. This machine weighs in at only 950 grams, and its ergonomic design combined with a 55Watt balanced and silenced motor makes it a unique cutting tool that is very easy to use. The maximum cutting thickness is 8mm and the newly installed sharpening stone allows the blade to be sharpened in less than 10 seconds without disassembly. The new circuit board includes a glass fuse which can be easily replaced without disassembling the shear.
