STRASSE 2.0 HIGH-PERFORMANCE WINTER GLOVES The Strasse 2.0 is a considered update to our classic long cuffed Strasse X gloves. It continues our collaboration series with Mission Workshop – San Francisco’s premier purveyor of weatherproof bags & technical apparel. It's a perfect utility glove suitable for a wide range of uses - from cold days out in the city to long days cycling or exploring the backcountry. The top of hand is constructed from Schoeller® wb-400 softshell woven fabric. It’s a three-layer bonded textile with a highly breathable outer coating and inner insulating coating to protect against wind and rain. It’s NanoSphere® finished for extra water / oil repellence, breathability and abrasion resistance. It includes a c_change® membrane for adaptability in changeable conditions. The palm side is constructed from Siciliano Pellami’s Hydronaut leather – a PFAS-free water resistant goatskin raised and harvested in the Middle East. Tanned initially at source, then dyed and treated in Italy, it’s soft touch provides tactile sensitivity & comfort, whilst retaining supreme abrasion resistance and breathability. As with all Philleywood gloves, we make with meticulous attention to detail & personally inspect each pair before numbering and adding to the batch. Features *NEW* Leather knuckle guard at top of hand for added hand protection. *NEW* Elasticated gather at lower palm cuff secures hands in place for improved fit and comfort. *NEW* Upcycled leather screen wipe tag cleans screens (ie: cell phones, ipads, bike computers), glasses and other surfaces. Touch screen leather at thumb and index finger for smartphone / device use without removing gloves. Light palm / thumb padding stitched to leather for responsive comfort. Softshell fourchette finger panels for superior fit & dexterity. Leather gussets at thumb and index finger protect glove at heavy wear points. Leather PW/MW debossed logo pull straps at cuff with adjustable velcro finish. Leather binding finish at cuff & pull strap. Woven size label / pull tab for each glove. Narrow formed fit with length extending below wrist. Sizing Hand circumference - measure at widest part of hand (at base of thumb) with a cloth tape measure. XS = 7" - 7.5" (17.8 - 19 cm's), S = 7.5" - 8" (19 - 20.3 cm's), M = 8.5" (21.6 cm's), L = 9" (22.8 cm's), XL = 9.5" - 10" (24.1 - 25.4 cm's).
