EWOT (Exercise with Oxygen) Session
EWOT is a method of exercising while breathing oxygen-enriched air to enhance oxygen delivery to tissues, improving performance, recovery, and overall health. Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) involves breathing higher concentrations of oxygen (typically 93–95%) through a mask while performing cardiovascular or strength exercises such as cycling, treadmill walking, or elliptical training. Unlike hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which uses a pressurized chamber, EWOT delivers oxygen during the period when your body is actively demanding it, maximizing oxygen uptake and circulation. During exercise, your heart rate, blood flow, and tissue oxygen demand increase. EWOT takes advantage of this by supplying oxygen-enriched air at the exact moment your muscles and organs need it most. This enhances ATP production, oxygen delivery to muscles, and microvascular circulation, which can improve endurance, strength, and recovery. The therapy also targets capillary dilation, reducing inflammation and improving nutrient and oxygen transport to tissues. Sessions recommended can be between 10-30 mins.
