Seagull Mullet (x Stigbergets) - West Coast IPA

We know what you’re picturing. A seagull walking around with a fake cockatoo’s crest on its head trying to go incognito amongst a crackle of cockatoos (yes, that's the name of a group of cockatoos). Well that’s a ridiculous image and we’re here to tell you that is … absolutely the image we pictured when naming this beer. Luckily the brew day with our mates from Stigbergets Bryggeri in Sweden wasn’t completely taken up by imagining absurd bird scenarios that we may or may not have tried to recreate later on that day. We also got around to brewing this modern West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe T-90 in the whirlpool, Simcoe Dynaboost hop dip and a healthy dry hop of Cryo Krush and even more Simcoe that creates a flavour bomb exploding with crisp grapefruit and lemon notes and a mild resinous, piney backbone. 500mL | 7.4% ABV
