Thee Butteriffic Fish Fry in July Block Party Vendor Registration Join us for the 3rd installment of the Butteriffic Block Party Series — Thee Butteriffic Fish Fry in July Block Party! We're bringing together local businesses, artisans, makers, food vendors, community organizations, and entrepreneurs for an afternoon of food, fun, music, shopping, and community in the heart of Downtown Memphis. Vendor Fee $26 Vendor Registration Vendor Space Includes One (1) 10' x 10' vendor space Trash bags provided to help maintain a clean event space ***Space Does not include electricity or water Vendor Requirements All vendors must provide: Their own tent Their own table(s) Professional signage/display materials Setup Information Vendor setup begins prior to the event. All vendors must be completely set up before 12:00 PM. Vendors arriving after 12:00 PM may forfeit their space without refund. All vendor spaces will be located on the street only. No vendor setup is permitted on sidewalks. Clean Event Commitment To help keep Downtown Memphis beautiful, all vendors are expected to: Keep their area clean throughout the event Use the trash bags provided Properly dispose of all trash before leaving Leave their vendor space in the same condition it was found Vendor Agreement By registering, vendors agree to follow all event guidelines and operate in a professional manner throughout the duration of the event. Vendors also agree to promote the event on social media platforms to help get the word out. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
