Arena/SJ/XC Course Hirer’s Agreement

The hirers agreement is for the owner of an arena and /or cross-country course where that facility is hired to third parties/riders using that facility. The agreement covers risk and liability, insurance, parking rules, expectations as to how the facility should be left once the hirer has finished, dogs and children at the facility.
