Designed for mains-powered use, it runs from an electric fuel source and requires an AC 220V supply, which refers to the voltage needed for operation. It runs at 50 watts, meaning the amount of electrical power used to warm the rail. The dry heating technology works without water inside, reaching a comfortable temperature in around 5–10 minutes. The digital control panel provides clear operation, with four heat settings of 45°C, 50°C, 55°C and 60°C, plus standby, power-on and on/off modes. For flexible use, the timer can be adjusted from 1 to 8 hours, while the pre-set start function ranges from 1 to 9 hours. With an IPX4 splash-proof rating, it is suitable for bathroom installation. Professional fitting is required, with the rail positioned at least 25cm above floor level,and must not be earthed.
