The sweetness is fruit-forward, supported by a juicy texture. simple, sweet, and deeply enjoyable. Then followed by Costa Rica La Catarata. A warm and soothing cup. Sweet, juicy and balanced. Nothing too bright or overly expressive, the brown sugar sweetness gently round out the plum-like acidity.
