Ghee 250g (clarified Butter) Ghee is one of the most important foods in Ayurvedic medicine. Crucially, modern research is also proving the many and varied health benefits of this super food. Ghee is a dairy free oil that is solid at room temperature and melts into a rich golden colour when heated. It is made by boiling off the solids from full fat dairy milk (casein, whey and lactose) to leave a totally unique and powerfully heart healthy blend of short, medium and long chain fatty acids.
