Atomic Maven 94 CTI Skis 2027 // Women's

The Atomic Maven 94 CTI is, in my opinion, the best blend of versatility and performance in the entire Maven lineup. It takes everything that makes the narrower Maven skis so enjoyable—quickness, energy, and easy maneuverability—and adds enough width and substance to confidently tackle a wider range of conditions. The addition of Atomic's CTI construction, combining carbon and Titanal, gives the Maven 94 CTI a more composed and powerful feel than previous generations. It remains impressively light on your feet, but there's noticeably more support when conditions get firm or speeds start to increase. What stands out most is how balanced the ski feels. Many skis in the mid-90mm category tend to lean heavily toward either groomer performance or off-trail versatility. The Maven 94 CTI genuinely does both well. It grips confidently on firm snow, initiates turns smoothly, and feels remarkably comfortable carving for a ski that's nearly 100 mm underfoot. At the same time, the added width gives it a much bigger comfort zone when conditions aren't perfect. Afternoon chop, spring slush, fresh snow, bumps, and trees all feel well within its wheelhouse. The ski pivots easily when needed but never feels loose or disconnected from the snow. Compared to the Maven 88 CTI, the 94 feels more planted, more versatile, and noticeably more comfortable when conditions soften up. While the 88 CTI is the stronger frontside-focused option, the 94 CTI is the ski I'd recommend to someone who genuinely wants to ski the entire mountain and encounter whatever conditions happen to be waiting for them. What I appreciate most is that Atomic didn't sacrifice the playful personality of the Maven series in pursuit of more power. The 94 CTI still feels energetic, lively, and approachable. It simply adds another layer of confidence and stability that expands the range of skiers and terrain it works for. For many women looking for a true one-ski quiver, this is going to be one of the best options in the category.
