Banjooli Chair

The shape of the chair, and particularly the armrests, is inspired by the mating dance of male ostriches – banjooli in the Wolof language – who stretch out their wings to show off their beauty to the female. Borrowing the briliant colours of tropical birds, this light-hearted collection of seating and tables is designed to gather in flocks outdoors by the pool or perched on a high-rise terrace.
