THE SUMMER GOOSEBERRY SPRITZ A Limited Edition. To celebrate the arrival of the glorious Great British Summer (yes, we also thought it would never arrive!) we have created this absolute belter of a Spritz for you lucky people! Uniquely British, bold berries, bitter and beautiful. Banging. Blended to 11% ABV this is a Spritz Lover's dream. Low ABV, a beautiful drink for long, lazy afternoons in the sun. Aromatic, fresh, vibrant and so very different to your traditional Spritz moment! JUST ADD SODA. We use our Rose Vermouth as a base, add in a botanical maceration of orange, gooseberries, elderflower, camomile, lemon and gentian and create a beautifully layered and bittersweet Spritz, with some lively acidity from the gooseberries. Perfect For: Sharing at dinner parties, taking on picnics, late evenings over the BBQ, entertaining with friends, or celebrating a quiet night in with a loved one. To Serve: Simply pour 50ml over ice when required, top with 100ml soda, and garnish with a slice of orange. Pre-chill it in the fridge first if you want to serve it absolutely to perfection...
