Popcorn Frosted Cookie

I’m not a genius, but these cookies are. In fact, I really think they should hold their own Michelin star because quite frankly, extracting the flavour out of a piece of popcorn is not easy. We truly believe excellent desserts don’t need to be complicated. Some flavours can be so spectacular, they deserve to be the star of the show. And this is exceptionally true of Popcorn. Light, delicate, slightly nutty, buttery, malty, corny, sweet, and savoury; popcorn is an incredibly complex flavour which makes it so unbelievably moreish. And for this triumphant cookie we have infused real popcorn into frosting, which we have slathered on our original Naked Cookies, and finished with a silver shimmer. PACK OF ONE.
