Saturday May 30 Psychedelic Breath Work and Sound Bath

Saturday May 30th 12-2pm experience a guided breath work, meditation and sound bath at The Museum of Modern renaissance close to Davis Square in Somerville. The session will last a total of 90 minutes with one hour of breathwork techniques and meditation followed by 30 minutes of sound bathing. You'll learn the practice of standing meditation, microcosmic orbit and circular breathing. The goal is to refresh your mind, body and spirit in a safe group setting.
