Relation 2026

Relation 2026 is an ale blended with Picon. The ale was brewed with organic red wheat and organic heritage barley wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers from NSW. It was aged for 15 months in ex-wine French oak barrels. At bottling it was blended with Picon biere, a french amaro designed for beer and bottled with no additional dosage. It was allowed to naturally condition and carbonate before release. Made exclusively for The Collective.
