Seamless Baby Pullover

Dip your toe into the world of sweater knitting with the adorable Sweet Dreaminess Pullover! In this class, you'll learn all the techniques of knitting a top-down sweater, but mini-style! You'll be knitting from the top-down in the round, all in one piece. First, you'll cast on and knit the collar. Then, you'll set up your raglan increases. When you've finished the yoke, you'll separate the sleeves from the body, working the body first, then picking up stitches and working the sleeves. What you'll learn Gauge, choosing a size Knitting top down in the round Separating the yoke into the body and sleeves Picking up stitches for the sleeves Materials Chunky yarn for your chosen size (we recommend Baa Baa Bulky); US 10 + 10.5 needles in 16" circular + double-pointed needles; stitch markers; pattern. Please come to class with your yarn and pattern purchased and your swatch knit. We will email you swatching instructions when you register. Skill Level This class is for graduates of Knit 2 or those who have completed a few small projects. You have previously knit in the round. This is an excellent first sweater project!
