How to Use For Warmth: Heat for up to 2 minutes in a microwave. Adjust the heating time for your microwaves. If your wheat bag is used regularly, lightly mist the fabric surface with clean water before heating. Do not soak it. Ensure the wheat bag can rotate freely on the microwave turntable. Never leave the microwave unattended while heating. Carefully check the temperature before placing the wheat bag against your skin.
