Baileigh BP-5078CNC 50-Ton CNC Hydraulic Press Brake, 78in Bed The BP-5078CNC is a 50-ton programmable hydraulic press brake with a 78.7 inch table. Two-axis CNC control positions both ram depth and back gauge, and bend programs are stored and recalled rather than set up by hand each time a job repeats. Throat depth is 7.87 inches, the housings sit 64.5 inches apart and there is 11.81 inches from table to ram, which is the working envelope for anything already formed. Stroke is 3.93 inches, approach runs at 3.93 inches per second, working speed .393, return 3.5. The back gauge covers 15.7 inches of travel. A 4 hp main motor drives the pump against a 4,500 psi maximum, with a 16.5 gallon reservoir and a 1/2 hp back gauge motor. Power is 220V 3-phase 60Hz.
