Peach & Seville Orange Marmalade

The Peach and Seville Orange Marmalade is our house marmalade, enjoyed by guests on a daily basis on their breakfast toast at Thyme Bistro. It has an amazing note of peach on the nose and is a real crowd pleaser. Awarded one Gold Star from the Great Taste Awards, this is what the judging panel had to say about it; ‘The bitterness of the orange comes through strongly, which we liked, with a very delicate note of peach in the background. A good, not too sweet marmalade.’
