Kitchen Worktop Jig - 900mm

The Rutlands® kitchen worktop jig delivers professional, reliable results when joining worktops up to 900mm in width. Easy to use, the jig features intuitive, laser cut markings for each worktop width (400, 500, 600, 616, 650, 700 & 900mm), with both sides clearly and permanently marked to denote a male or female cut. Up to 4 connector bolt recesses can be routed at once, quickly positioned using the supplied alignment pins. The jig will produce standard 90° left and right-handed joints (mason’s mitre), corner joints and peninsular joints. Precision CNC machine cut with +/- 0.02mm accuracy, the jig ensures seamless, perfectly matched joints every time. Engineered from a hard-wearing, laminated composite, the jig provides a smooth low-friction surface, for ease of router movement. The top of the jig features an oversized carry handle for hassle-free transportation. To use the jig, you will need a ½" handheld router, straight router bit (diameter: 12.7mm, height: 50.8mm, product code R5570), 30mm OD guide bush and clamps. ©
