Banku by Home Fresh

Banku flour is made from fermented corn and cassava used in making Banku a traditional Ghanaian dish. The flour is mixed with water and continuously stirred to form a smooth, moldable serving balls. Best paired okra stew or soup, grilled or fried tilapia fish, or shito.
