Healthy Gut, Healthy You | Class Tickets | July 17

You've likely heard the saying "It all starts in your gut." This class will dive into exactly how your gut health affects your overall wellbeing. You will learn about herbs, food, routines and strategies for a healthy gut. You just might find the answer to some of your personal issues were in your gut all along. The class will also make a digestive bitters in class to take home with you. 5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 17th. Space is limited. Tickets are $40. A light snack and teas will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own wine or other beverage.
