Beauty of Nature in Thekkady Forest

This photograph captures a serene morning in the lush forests of Periyar National Park, one of the most beautiful protected forests in the Western Ghats of India. As the first rays of the rising sun illuminate the emerald-green landscape, a small herd of deer stands quietly, gazing towards us from within the forest.
