While most customers have room to install a straight EGT sensor, some vehicles simply do not have the clearance. The JRP EGT v3 90 Degree Sensor & Cable gives you a cleaner option when space is tight, while still allowing you to run JRP EGT gauge solutions. This 90 degree sensor is also a great option for customers wanting to install an EGT probe pre-turbo, directly into the exhaust manifold. A straight EGT sensor sticking out of an exhaust manifold can be awkward, while the 90 degree design keeps the installation much neater and more compact. These sensors are also well suited to workshops and customers using EGT sensors with dataloggers, including individual cylinder monitoring on petrol and diesel engines. When running four, six or eight EGT sensors directly into the manifold, the 90 degree design makes for a much cleaner installation.
