Professional Hybrid Developer for Ciaobrow FUSION Tints The Ciaobrow Hybrid Developer is specially formulated to work with Ciaobrow FUSION Tints, delivering rich, long-lasting colour for brow and lash tinting treatments. Now sold individually (not in packs of 2) How to Use: Cleanse the brow and lash area thoroughly before application Mix tint and developer in a 1:1 ratio using a non-metallic bowl Apply to brows or lashes and process for 10-15 minutes Rinse thoroughly with warm water Important Guidelines: Mix tint and developer immediately before use - do not prepare in advance Use only with Ciaobrow FUSION Tints Always respect the 1:1 mixing ratio Work in well-ventilated areas Patch test required 48 hours before each application Safety: If irritation, stinging, blistering, or burning occurs, rinse immediately with warm water and seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children. Ingredients: Aqua, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Stannate Storage & Disposal: Use mixture immediately after preparation.
