Please consider requesting additional insurance if your order exceeds $100. Parcels sent without additional insurance are only covered for $100 for loss or damage in transit. Any claims must be made directly with Australia Post. Wildbrooches does not issue refunds for change of mind. In the rare instance of a faulty item slipping through we will do our best to repair or replace the item once you have returned the item. You must return the item to us to inspect – if it is deemed faulty, return postage will be reimbursed and the item repaired, replaced or refunded.
