Supper Menu: Mediterranean chicken dinner served with roasted baby potatoes, roasted tomatoes & onions on a bed of Swiss Chard with Gingerbread and Lemon Sauce for dessert. Vegetarian Alternate: Balsamic and Dijon Croquettes made with Quinoa, pumpkin seeds, brown rice and lentils.
