Founder + Tea Maker Tasting Notes: This fine hand plucked tippy tea offers warm depth and subtle complexities as you begin to sip. The nose is reminiscent of moist baked bread and the creamy texture of butterscotch notes covers the palate. The smoothness of this tea continues into its next steeping and the taste adventure that awaits. Brewing Instructions: 2.5 g per cup. Use 100°C water (full boil). Pour gently over the loose leaves. Steep for 5 minutes, or depending on your taste. We encourage multiple re-steepings to experience different aspects of the flavour profile.
