Create a charming vintage-inspired stuffed witch hat perfect for your Halloween décor! In this no-sew workshop, you'll paint and distress fabrics to create a beautifully aged look, then stuff and shape your hat before adding ribbons, bows, lace, rusty accents, and other embellishments to make it uniquely yours. No experience is needed, and all supplies are included. Finished project: Approximately 13" tall. Preregistration required.
