KStrong Brute Stainless Steel Retrieval Block, SRL with Rescue Winch The KStrong Brute Type 3 Stainless Steel Retrieval Block is a self retracting lifeline with an integrated manual rescue function. In normal use it works as an automatic retractable fall arrest block on a 4.5mm stainless steel wire rope, rated for a 140kg user with a 15kN minimum breaking strength. If a worker needs to be recovered, a locking pin switches the unit between fall arrest and rescue mode, giving manual hoisting and descending so the casualty can be raised or lowered to safety.
