Bourgogne Blanc 'Neige de printemps' - 2022

Vivid and versatile, a white Burgundy for contemplation & thrill. Winemakers and longtime friends Willy & Paul, both from Rouisson, began this project as a means to keep their friendship and passion for wine alive. The grapes are harvested from two certified organic parcels, one situated below the famed Puligny-Montrachet and one in the Southernmost region of Côte de Beaune, Maranges. The grapes are direct pressed and aged for a year in old oak barrels to rest & develop. Straw yellow with golden inflections, white peaches, mock orange flowers, meyer lemon, creamy nougat & smiling minerality. Try with escargot, tinned razor clams or a cheese plate!
