Original Hand-Painted Vintage Peony Box | Debi Coules

I found this lovely vintage box and gave it a new life with my own hand-painted peonies. I painted the soft pink flowers and delicate green foliage against a softly distressed white background, with a pale aqua ribbon flowing through the arrangement. The box has been finished with a beautiful hand-rubbed finish that enhances its vintage character and gives the painted surface a soft, timeworn feel. I love the romantic, timeless quality of this piece. The vintage character of the box combined with my original floral painting makes it a truly one-of-a-kind piece of functional art. The box measures approximately 16.5 x 11.5 inches and is signed by me.
