When ordering your yarn kit, choose from yarn only option if you have my book, Echoes or the yarn plus PDF option if you don't have Echoes or would like a digital version of the pattern.:description_box] The two colourways of the Vita cardigan were inspired by author, poet and garden designer Vita Sackville West, and in particular, the beautiful gardens she created at her home, Sissinghurst Vita is the perfect V-neck cardigan featuring a stunning all-over colourwork patterning. The cardigan has a relaxed, comfortable fit, with dropped shoulders and a deep V-neck. Choose from either a short or long length, pockets or without! Vita is knitted in the round from the bottom up with a centre front steek throughout. Additional steeks are added at the armholes. Vita is knitted using [link: Susan Crawford Byre = /collections/byre :link], a fingering weight yarn that is delightfully lofty and soft, created from a blend of Jacobs and Shetland fibres spun exclusively for us in a nearby Yorkshire mill. Vita is shown here in two colourways and two lengths - Susan is wearing the 5th size, short length in Colourway Two and Charlie is wearing the 3rd size, long length in Colourway One. Colourway One which uses 11 shades: with the main shade [productlink: Heather = byre-heather :productlink] plus 10 further shades - Dry Stone Wall, Clay, Moss Covered Wall, Room Of My Own, Ragwort, Undergrowth, Sunset Over The Bay, Plum Jam, Glimpse Of The Sea and Night Sky.
