Waší∙šiw | Washoe Sticker

This sticker was created with permission from and in collaboration with the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California, the original stewards of the Tahoe Basin. In the native Washoe language, Keep Tahoe Blue translates to lew dáɁaw geyéćišɁé∙sha, meaning together, we make the lake not dirty. There is no better description of how residents and visitors can protect this special place, given in the voice of the Washoe.
