This is elegant, top-notch Provence Rosé with mellow redcurrant and white peach notes. Pale, dry and elegant - this should be your new sunny afternoon go-to. The charming Emmanuelle Baude was a lawyer who decided to go into winemaking. What an excellent career move! Her organic Rosé is simply delicious. The blend is comprised of Grenache, Counoise, Cinsault and Carignan from Baude's 28 hectares of vines. Three hours skin contact gives the wine a lovely pale rosé colour. On the palate it is dry - containing less than 2 grams of residual sugar. No malolactic fermentation to preserve maximum freshness Pair this with white meats, citrusy salads or grilled courgette.
