Modeste Creek Honey is a small producer in Brazeau County. We harvest the honey, extract it and package it --we know where our honey comes from. We work hard to collect premium honey from pastures of clover, alfalfa and wild flowers. Minimally processed from hive to jar, it is never heated beyond hive temperature or filtered and maintains its natural goodness with traces of beeswax, pollen and propolis. We make sure nothing is lost from our hives to your home. A natural product, honey will crystallize in the jar with beautiful white streaks. Gently warm it up in a pot of water if you want it runny or dissolve it in liquid when using it for baking. 1KG
