What's Included Prenatal Trimester 2 & 3 Plus Breastfeeding Formulated to help maintain and support breast milk production, maternal health and healthy postnatal recovery, alongside key nutrients for foetal development in the later stages of pregnancy. Lactation Support A herbal formula combining Galega officinalis (goat's rue), Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek), Urtica dioica (nettle) and Verbena officinalis (vervain), traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help maintain and support breast milk production and lactation, and to support nervous system health. Calcium & Magnesium Plus K2 & D3 (150g) A bioavailable calcium and magnesium powder with vitamins K2 and D3, formulated to help maintain and support bone health, muscle function and nervous system health during a period when calcium requirements are high.
